Occult Tethered Cord Patch

OTCS, or occult tethered cord syndrome, is a neurological disorder where the spinal cord is abnormally stretched, causing symptoms like pain, bladder issues, or leg weakeness, but without the typical low-lying spinal cord seen on MRI. It is a rare, treatable condition, often involving a normal-position conus but potential occult filum terminale issues, with surgery providing significant improvement in many cases.  My friend couldn't remember the name of it and was like, "what's that thing you have, haunted spine?" hence the ghost on this patch.
